The Star and Malay mail have reported weddings was held galore as this day was a special day especially for chinese community.
Both of the newspaper did explain why is this day so special for the chinese community that many of them choose to held their weddings on this day.It is because in chinese community, they believe even number in the calender could bring good fortunate to them.
Furthermore, in chinese community, the number 10 means perfect and flawless.That's why many of the couples choose this day to held their weddings as they believe their marriage will be the perfect and memorable one.
